A curb is not going to prevent a car from going into the sidewalk, just see the first picture for reference

ReplyDeleteThe point is how many times have you seen a perfectly good sidewalk/curb torn out only to be replaced by the same thing, most often in nice areas of town, while there are major roads with decades of zero improvements in poor hoods. I'm talking about inequity, ineptitude and waste in gov bureaucracy.
